Neil E. Ayervais, has been “of counsel” to Alperstein & Covell, P.C. since August 2017, prior he was a shareholder of Alperstein & Covell from March 2015.  He has practiced law in Colorado since 1976, principally in the areas of corporate, securities, transactional and healthcare law.  He has assisted in the formation and operation of numerous companies in diverse businesses, including capitalization and compliance with federal and state securities laws, contracting, intellectual property rights, employment law matters, and sales, mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Ayervais assists medical practices and other healthcare providers, affiliate groups and diagnostic companies in business matters as well as complying with federal and state regulations including HIPAA, physician self-referral, licensure and fraud and abuse.

Mr. Ayervais graduated from tufts University and New York University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.
