Alperstein & Covell represents government entities, mutual ditch companies, non-profit organizations, individuals and businesses concerning water rights matters, including:
- Applying for and defending water rights in water court and administrative proceedings, including applications for new surface and groundwater water rights, diligence on conditional water rights, change of water rights and plans for augmentation
- Representing clients in the acquisition, transfer, sale, and lease of water rights and water supplies
- Representing clients in contracting for use of Federal water storage facilities
- Analysis of water rights for particular uses
